Quail'a Bee Solutions LLC (“we”) operates this website. Inquiries go through Start a project. 30 N Gould St #56930, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
What we collect
If you use Start a project, we collect your name, email, optional phone, operation type, scale, and the description you write. The form also asks a short arithmetic question to reduce automated spam; we do not keep that answer. We receive technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
Processors
Inquiry email is sent through EmailJS so we can reply from our inbox. Hosting is on Vercel. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare receives a browser signal to block bots. We do not sell operational or contact data. We do not run advertising pixels on this site unless you later opt in to analytics.
Retention and rights
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our records obligations, then deleted or archived. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion through Start a project. Residents of Canada and US state privacy regimes may have additional rights we will honor on request.
Custom projects
Data processed inside a paid engagement is governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a data processing addendum. Your farm data remains yours. We do not sell it.
